We can develop unique strengths and skills that not only enhance our own lives but the lives of many others. When our uniqueness is used for the greater good, we can advance as a society. In order to achieve progress, there must be innovation. Innovation is not possible without creativity and people capitalizing on their uniqueness.
Being closed-minded prevents you from seeing the whole picture, which limits your perspective. Having a limited perspective can distort the image of truth. A life long learner is always seeking more knowledge, more perspective, which helps them gain a better understanding of what is real and true.
Being appreciative is a great value to build your framework upon. By rooting yourself deeply in appreciation we can live a much higher quality of life and avoid so many negative emotions and feelings that fill up inside of us if appreciation is not present.
If you want to separate yourself and become the best at something, your actions must be different. You can’t just do what everyone else is doing and expect talent to carry you all the way through. If you want something that most people don’t have, you must be willing to do what most people won’t do. It goes back to courage. You need to become comfortable with being criticized and ridiculed.
We become so distracted with what is going on around us, that we lose touch with what is going on inside of us. If we don’t feed our soul and give it the proper nourishment, it will become filled with the negativity that can be attached to the all the noise and distractions that circle over our heads. If we think about and let it dominate our mind, it will seep inside of us and take up room deep within our soul.
