Whenever you think you are going hard or giving it your all, you can always do way more. You can not fully understand this until you remove all limiting beliefs you have about yourself.

The inability to be objective and honest is how feedback affects your relationships. Feedback is essentially useless without objectivity and honesty.
This is why you should always ask: Because if you don’t ask, the answer will always be no. Don’t tell yourself no before somebody else can tell you no.
We have to understand that our version of reality can look very different from someone else’s and someone else’s reality can look very different from ours. What you must be careful of is not letting someone else’s perception become your reality.
Never beat yourself. The pathway to greatness is already filled with other people who want to beat you, don’t add to that list by making yourself another opponent
In order to grow and develop into your highest potential as an individual, you need to practice long term thinking. If you only live for the moment, you will have difficulty scaling your life.
If you have ever achieved victory in one area of your life, there is no reason you can’t have that same result in a different area. Everyone needs to recognize that if you have won before you can win again.
The routine that you have for yourself may work for you, but that doesn’t mean that it cannot improve. Here are some things you can do to change your morning routine.
